However our suppliers occasionally change costs without notice or chose to discontinue an item. Also, some items are available only in limited quantities and can sell out. If you order an item that has been discontinued, we will make every effort to find a substitute item for you.
Some items are made to order and/or drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. We will provide an estimated delivery time and communicate this to you.

SHIPPING:
Shipping costs vary by carrier, size and weight. Most smaller items, shipped within the US, will be accurately represented in the shipping tables on this site. Larger item shipments occasionally require crating at additional cost. PLEASE NOTE: SHIPPING FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL BE CALCULATED AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, THIS WEB SITE CANNOT CALCULATE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS. ALSO: IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY ALL TAXES, DUTIES AND FEES THAT MAY BE REQUIRED OF THEIR COUNTRY. BAKER'S AUTO HAS NO CONTROL OR RESPONSIBILITY WITH REGARDS TO THESE TYPES OF CHARGES. CORE DEPOSIT:
Items listed as "exchange" will be sold with a separate refundable core deposit. THERE IS NEITHER A TIME LIMIT NOR A RESTOCKING FEE FOR CORE RETURNS. As long as a part suitable for rebuild is returned (along with a copy of the invoice), you will receive a full refund of the core deposit. Please note: We make every attempt to stock our rebuilt items. However, our inventory of items for immediate shipment depends upon the return of rebuildable cores and there are times when no cores are available. Under these circumstances we require you to send us your unit to rebuild. We do make every effort to rebuild and return these parts quickly, usually within a matter of days!
DAMAGE:
We package and insure our shipments properly but occasionally items do get damaged in shipment. Obvious damage should be brought to the attention of the carrier immediately. If damage is found after the package is opened, contact the carrier as soon as possible (you will be required to save all of the original packaging material in order to file a claim). Contact us if you require further instruction. DO NOT RETURN THE PART OR PACKAGE TO US, DOING SO WILL VOID ANY INSURANCE CLAIM AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND!
GUARANTEE:
We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee for unused items returned within 30 days from the date of invoice (sorry, no refunds for shipping costs or items that have been installed). A 20% restocking fee will be deducted for unused returns beyond 30 days up to one year from the date of invoice. No returns accepted after one year. No returns accepted on electrical items (we do offer some great manuals for troubleshooting and free technical support for customers!). A copy of the original invoice should be included or a 20% invoice research fee will be deducted. All parts guaranteed against defects for a full year (365 days) from the date of invoice. All guarantees/warranties are limited to an exchange of the item or refund of the purchase price (at the discretion of Baker's Auto). No other warranty or liability is expressed or implied.
