- Prices do not include shipping, which varies according to package size, weight and shipping method.
- Please note that prices are subject to change. Quite simply this means that some prices go up and some even come down. If you find my price higher than a similar piece advertised elsewhere, chances are good that mine is a higher quality part. Feel free to ask for details.
- Though we make every attempt to keep items in stock, there are instances when the supplier will either be slow in delivery or chose to discontinue a product.
- We accept MasterCard/Visa, bank checks, money orders and cash.
- Most orders ship by UPS or USPS. If you are in a hurry we can also use express services. Actual weight, size, distance, and carrier are used to calculate shipping charges so we will not know the exact cost until the order is packaged. However, we can usually provide a close estimate.
- Damaged packages should be brought to the attention of the carrier first (Sometimes they require inspection of the damaged goods and packaging). Then contact us with the pertinent information.
- We guarantee everything we sell for a full year. If you are dissatisfied, for any reason, we will accept your return for an exchange or refund of the purchase price, but we must have a copy of your receipt.
- All liabilities expressed or implied are limited to the purchase price of the product.
- Whenever you see an item listed
on an "exchange" basis, this means the part will carry an appropriate core
deposit. (Pay particular attention that your mechanic does not simply throw
the part or the receipt away.) Because I would much rather have the core
returned and refund your money, I do not put a time limit on core returns
as long as your return the part with a copy of the receipt. Please keep in
mind that I can only refund the core deposit if I receive a complete and
rebuildable unit in return. If you have any questions about what constitutes
complete and rebuildable, please call before shipping the unit back.
