I don't see everything I would like to order, what should I do?
If you don't find everything you need, please email, fax, or call us with your request and we can check our vast inventory (most of which has not yet made it on line, we are working feverishly to add more every day!).

We normally answer our phones from 9 am to 6 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.

How long does it for take my order to ship?
For stock items we usually ship within 2 days. Some items are custom made and can take up to a few weeks. We do try to inform you of any delays.
How long until I receive my order?
This depends on the method of shipping chosen and your location. Most items shipped by regular UPS take one week or less to arrive.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes, we ship to every state in the US as well as over 40 different countries. This site cannot calculate international shipping costs accurately so be sure to provide a working email address and phone number so we can communicate your costs and options. PLEASE NOTE: IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY ALL TAXES, DUTIES AND FEES THAT MAY BE REQUIRED OF THEIR COUNTRY. What does it mean when an item is being drop shipped?
This is a part that is either custom made, or shipped directly from the manufacturer.

What is your warranty?
We guarantee our parts against defects for a full year (365) days from the date of invoice (assuming the part has been installed correctly and not damaged).
