Our systems are made of 304 grade stainless throughout, and that includes the internal baffles. Around this, we wrap a mechanically needled matting (versus loose filler), with a stainless housing that has all welded seams (versus crimped edges). Then, for good measure, we wrap the completed piece with yet another layer of sound deadener and another layer of stainless steel over that. We finish each piece duplicating the original flanged ends and mounting tabs.
