These are the wiring harnesses that route through the convertible top padding on each side of the convertible top. After being flexed many times over decades, you will often find that the insulation has cracked and the wires are broken.
This set includes both harnesses, driver's side "A" and passenger's side "B". It's a good idea to replace these wiring harnesses when installing a new convertible top.
NOTE: Some 63 Lincoln Convertibles used the 64 style harness, check the plug ends carefully to match your original wiring.
