On the very bottom of 1961-69 Lincoln and 1969-71 Mark III doors are slots that allows water to pass out of the door shell. These rubber pieces cover the slots to keep water and debris from entering the door from below. There are 2 per door on 1961-69 Lincolns, 3 per door for the 1969-71 Mark III.
