The 1961-63 large white window regulator rollers are notorious for freezing on their steel posts. When this happens, they no longer roll freely and start to wear unevenly. If yours are stuck you may even have to cut them off. Just be sure to clean and grease the posts thoroughly when installing these new rollers to keep the problem from reccuring!
