This New Old Stock lens came in its genuine "Lincoln" parts box that was so disintergrated there was no part number. It's stamped "LH" on top and "LPT-54" on the bottom with the FoMoCo oval. Towards the rear are 2 steel mount brackets with threaded inserts. Safe to assume it fits 1954 but could fit other years as well. Let's see this go to a good home at a great price!
