This clip holds the peak molding to the top of the 1961-65 Lincoln fenders, doors and quarters. The clips fits inside the inverted "V" shaped peak molding and holds it to pinch welded flange. HINT: When removing the moldings from your Lincoln pay attention to the location and style of clips on each part of the car (depicted in the shop manual). It is best to try to keep remove the peak moldings with the clips still attached. This will keep the molding from becoming damaged if it is yanked off while the clip is still attached to the car.
