This little bushing fits the 1961-69 Lincoln transmission and accelerator linkage. Specifically it fits over the ball mounted on the transmission or framerail and keeps it centered inside the rotating tube for the shift or throttle linkage. If your Lincoln is experiencing a loose shift lever or gas pedal, these bushings may be worn or missing. There are a total of 4 in the car (check the additional images).
